Whether your background is in Psychology, English, Maths, Counselling, Literature, Fine Art, or a similar subject — this is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to inspire and support young people.

Position: Graduate Support Staff

Working Hours: Flexible
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting students in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one sessions
* Assisting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and creative tasks
* Helping children with SEND or additional needs (training provided)
* Gaining valuable classroom experience to boost future applications for PGCE, psychology, or teaching routes
What We’re Looking For
* A 2:2 degree or above
* A genuine interest in working with children and young people
* A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
* Some experience with young people — such as tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering — is great, but not essential
