Pay: £12.90 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Temp Receptionist, you will be at the heart of the organisation, performing a variety of essential tasks, including:
1. Welcoming visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanour
2. Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
3. Screening calls to ensure efficient communication
4. Handling couriers and ensuring timely deliveries
5. Maintaining a tidy and organised office space
6. Overseeing meeting room bookings and preparations
7. Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
8. Managing post and deliveries efficiently
9. Ordering stock and supplies to keep the office running smoothly
10. Organising parking for visitors and staff
11. Supporting with photocopying and filing tasks
