Summer Camp Manager
July - September 2026
Up to £14 per hour | Mon–Friday| 8.30 - 5.30
Location: Basildon Sporting Village - Cranes Farm Rd, Basildon, SS14 3GR

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t just deliver activities - you’ll run the camp, lead the team, set the standards and create an atmosphere children can’t wait to come back to.
As Camp Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a team of Activity Coaches
* Keep the camp running smoothly (structure, pace, routines)
* Be the main point of contact for parents on site
* Take the lead on incidents and escalation
* Play a key role in delivering safe, well-managed excursions
