Streetworks Compliance Administrator

Description
As a TMA/Streetworks Compliance Officer, you will provide Streetworks administration support in accordance with business operations and TMA/NRWSA, ensuring we meet service performance standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Action and investigate all S74, FPN, and other failure charges, ensuring compliance with current Streetworks processes and procedures.
2. Identify noticing issues and apply early intervention.
3. Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring all issues are recorded and escalated.
4. Provide daily and weekly reports as required to ensure all service levels and objectives are achieved.
Experience and Qualifications
* Streetworks and Symology experience preferable but not essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in an organized manner to meet deadlines.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
