Key Responsibilities
: Deliver both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across mechanical systems
: Maintain and repair HVAC plant, pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and water systems
: Respond quickly to faults, ensuring minimal disruption to retailers and the public
: Monitor plant performance and take a proactive approach to maintenance
: Work closely with subcontractors and site teams to keep standards high
: Ensure full compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements
: Maintain clear and accurate records of all works carried out

Essential:
: Mechanical qualification (NVQ / C and G Level 2 or equivalent)
: Experience working within commercial, retail, or large public buildings
: Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems
: Solid fault:finding and problem:solving skills
Desirable:
: Previous experience in a similar high:footfall site
: Mechanical qualification (NVQ / C and G Level 3 or equivalent)
: Basic knowledge of BMS or controls systems
