Join our high-performing team as a Business Development Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in securing new MSP and RPO partnerships across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target and nurture prospective clients in need of workforce outsourcing solutions (MSP/RPO)
- Design and pitch tailored solutions that align with client challenges in contingent and permanent hiring
- Lead strategic conversations with CHROs, TA leads, Procurement teams and C-suite stakeholders
- Navigate complex sales cycles with high-value contracts, guiding prospects from first touch to signed agreement
- Collaborate with implementation, delivery and legal teams to build seamless, scalable, and profitable solutions
- Track market trends, competitor offerings and evolving client needs to refine go-to-market strategy
About You:
- You will have proven experience winning MSP, RPO, or large-scale staffing contracts
- Ideally you will have won solutions within either Technology, Legal, Healthcare, Financial Services and / or the Criminal Justice Sector
- Deep understanding of workforce models, talent tech, vendor management systems, and sourcing strategies
- Confident communicator, skilled at crafting proposals and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker who thrives on building long-term, high-value partnerships
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and customizing each solution to the client's unique context
