We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing Diagnostic Green (DxG) Business Unit. In this role, you will provide expert clinical support, training, and guidance to customers across various therapy areas, with a focus on promoting best practice in fluorescence-guided surgery.
You’ll work closely with our commercial teams, supporting customers in theatre settings, delivering education and insights, and ensuring the successful adoption of our clinical technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-field clinical support and respond to customer queries on products and procedures.
* Deliver high-quality, in-theatre training and education to key customers and centres.
* Support customer evaluations and ensure timely resolutions to clinical or technical issues.
* Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
* Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager, marketing, and sales teams to drive new business.
* Stay up to date with clinical guidelines, research, and emerging technologies.
* Contribute to the development of customer support materials and training resources.
* Complete administrative duties including field reports, forecasting, quotations, and vigilance reporting.
Essential Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a healthcare, medical device, theatre-based, or clinical support role
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of clinical procedures.
* Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, ideally within theatre environments.
* Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* ABPI qualification is desirable (or willingness to undertake training).

* Confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Comfortable working within theatre settings alongside surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
Working Conditions
* Home-based with significant UK travel (average 15,000–20,000 miles per year).
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
* Occasional evening or weekend work.
* Mix of clinical environment and hot-desk office access when needed.
