We’re looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Checker to join our night shift team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring all orders are accurate, meet quality standards, and reflect our commitment to excellence. What you’ll be doing: • Checking orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before dispatch • Ensuring all fruit and vegetable products meet company quality standards • Using your product knowledge to identify any issues or discrepancies • Working closely with pickers and warehouse staff to maintain efficiency • Following company procedures and health & safety standards • Supporting the team in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment What we’re looking for : • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the fruit and veg catering industry • Strong product knowledge is essential • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude • Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment Working hours: • Night shift starting at 7:00 PM • Between 40 and 45 hours per week What we offer: • Enjoy shop of groceries including vegetables and fruits at cost price • 30% off at Sylva Café • Career progression – our team grows with us • Earned Wage Access • Refer-a-friend bonus • A workplace that values respect, fairness, and a shared commitment to excellence Competitive salary aligned with experience within the fruit & veg catering industry and product knowledge
