As Lead Maintenance Engineer you will be hands on and manage 2 other Engineers on your shift to ensure safety compliance, workload prioritisation and quality standards.

Key responsibilities of Lead Maintenance Engineer:
* Manage, guide and mentor your team
* Ensure high quality production output is achieved through effective maintenance.
* Use PPM`s to ensure minimal downtime.
* Monitor processes and equipment, report variances and take corrective action.
* Communicate malfunctions to relevant people or departments.
* Respond to unplanned maintenance breakdown events.
* Complete engineering project work as required for installation and modifications to equipment and processes.
