Job Description
Pertemps are working with a prestigious Glasgow client who are looking for customer service analysts to join their team on a temp contract until October. The salary for this role is £23k per annum. Hybrid working offered with a minimum of one day working in the Glasgow office. Full time hours (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the operational performance of the administration department. This role is a great opportunity to those who have strong experience in a customer-focused environment and who are PC literate. Key Responsibilities:
* Contributing towards the administration department to work towards the achievement of key performance indicators, including making recommendations for application, payment and periodic data approvals.
* Providing responses to queries from current and potential participants in a clear and logical manner.
* Ensuring that checks made to register calculations enable accurate payment information to be provided within agreed timescales
* Provide support to the team on related issues on an ad-hoc basis
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
* Proven ability to deliver operational processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong numerical and data analysis skills alongside IT literacy (including Microsoft Office)
