Key Requirements
* Strong residential / new-build experience (essential)
* Proven background managing mechanical packages on site
* Ability to coordinate subcontractors, oversee H&S, and drive programme
* Strong communication and reporting skills

Duration: ~8 months
Rate: £300 per day
