Duties
* Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document preparation
* Organise office supplies and ensure the workspace is tidy and well-maintained.
* Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects to enhance office productivity.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
