Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex problems and building intelligent systems that deliver real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for various applications
* Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
* Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and efficiency.
* Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
* Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model accuracy.
* Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, processes, and workflows.
* Ensure user adoption of AI tools through effective communication, training, and support strategies.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of AI-driven projects across multidisciplinary team
* Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
* Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies.
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
* Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of cloud technologies, security principles, and modern development tools.
* Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
* Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Power BI
