We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to support and enhance quality standards across the organisation. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will help maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and industry best practice, ensuring our products, services, and processes consistently meet high standards.
A key part of the role is managing Calibration and Equipment Maintenance records, ensuring all tools and equipment are serviced and calibrated within required timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of QA policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Achillies UVDB, and ConstructionLine Gold requirements.
* Carry out audits, inspections, and tests to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
* Analyse quality data, recommending corrective and preventive actions where required.
* Maintain accurate documentation including test results, audits, and non-conformance reports.
* Collaborate with teams across engineering, projects, and service operations.
* Provide training on quality standards and procedures.
* Investigate customer complaints and support timely resolution.

Calibration & Equipment Maintenance
* Maintain accurate calibration and equipment maintenance records.
* Ensure all measurement tools and equipment are serviced and calibrated on schedule.
Supplier Quality
* Manage the supplier approval process and maintain the Quality Audit Plan.
* Support supplier performance monitoring and development activities.
About You
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (Achilles UVDB/ConstructionLine Gold desirable).
* Understanding of calibration processes and quality measurement equipment.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
