We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing Data team and play a key role in building a modern, scalable data platform that drives decision-making across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and optimising our enterprise data platform.
* Design and build scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
* Help evolve and optimise our data warehouse architecture
* Transform legacy and spreadsheet-driven processes into automated, governed data solutions
* Develop robust data models to support analytics and business intelligence
* Champion data quality, governance, security and compliance best practices
* Implement monitoring, observability and automated testing to improve platform reliability
* Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, version control and DataOps practices
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Mentor and support other engineers while helping shape the future of our data function
What We're Looking For
We're interested in engineers who combine strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for solving complex business problems through data.
You’ll ideally have:
* Strong experience building and maintaining production‑grade data platforms
* Advanced SQL and Python development skills
* Experience designing scalable data pipelines and data architectures
* Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
* Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP)
* Knowledge of data governance, security and quality frameworks
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience driving technical improvements and engineering best practices
Nice To Have
* Dimensional Modelling, Data Vault or hybrid modelling techniques
* Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
