We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Swansea or Cardiff area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Travel daily to customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
* Diagnose and provide hands‑on troubleshooting, service and repairs to existing Stairlifts.
* Meet all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide high levels of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and implementing corrective actions with management support.
* Carry out product updates and safety checks in a safe manner.
* Communicate effectively with external customers and provide customer feedback.

Qualifications
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Honest, reliable, and able to communicate on different levels.
* Criminal Records Bureau check (will be carried out).
