Property Administrator Location: Northwest (Hybrid) Rate: Negotiable Contract: 6 Months Initially Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced Property Administrator to support a busy Operational Property team within a local authority setting. This is a service-driven role focused on accurate administration, system updates and coordinating activity across internal stakeholders. Recent Local Authority administration experience is essential, alongside strong working knowledge of Civica. Responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day administrative support to an operational property function Maintaining accurate records and case updates within Civica, ensuring data quality and audit trail standards Processing incoming requests, allocating/routing work and tracking actions through to completion Preparing and issuing routine correspondence and documentation to internal stakeholders and suppliers/contractors Supporting scheduling and coordination of operational activity, including appointments, access arrangements and work order tracking Monitoring shared inboxes and telephone queries, escalating where appropriate Producing basic reports such as status trackers, workload summaries and compliance checklists General admin support including meeting coordination, document control and filing About you: Recent, demonstrable experience in a Local Authority administration role Strong working experience using Civica Confident with records, databases and process-driven workflows, with strong attention to detail Clear communication skills, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external suppliers Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting property/repairs/maintenance teams is highly desirable How to Apply: Send your CV or get in touch with Joe O'Halloran at Spencer Clarke Group on 01772 954200 or
