Norwegian Log is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead luxury log cabin sales to the holiday accommodation sector.

Norwegian Log is the market leading provider of log-built accommodation in the UK, headquartered in Reading and operating nationwide.Our business is committed to quality - of our craftsmanship, our product and our service. We aim to set the industry standard, powered by passionate people and robust processes. Projects range from residential annexes & holiday lodges to commercial buildings and encompass all aspects of the build process from initial design concept through to finalising fixtures and fittings.

As our Business Development Manager you'll take responsibility for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market reach into the holiday accommodation sector. You'll work closely with the leadership team, along with colleagues in Marketing and Operations, to promote Norwegian Log's offering to existing and new clients. This is a dynamic role requiring drive, self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset.

We seek a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in high-value sales (average sales price +£150k). The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of inspiring confidence and delivering results. This role offers the opportunity to shape the sales function and contribute significantly to Norwegian Log’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver Norwegian Log's holiday accommodation sales strategy
* Lead and actively participate in cabin sales, driving lead generation, qualification, and conversion through compelling presentations and relationship-building.
* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing cabin owners to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimise sales strategies.
* Collaborate with directors to manage budget and track performance metrics.
* Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline the customer journey and maximise revenue.
* Maintain high standards of site presentation, ensuring the show site reflects Norwegian Log’s premium quality.

Key skills and experience required:

* In-depth knowledge of the luxury holiday home or log cabin market, with experience selling at prices exceeding £150,000 (essential).
* Proven success in fast-paced sales environments, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
* Commercial acumen and analysis skills for data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Self-motivated and committed to delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
