ADMISSIONS OFFICER
The Pocklington School Foundation is seeking to appoint an exceptional Admissions Officer to join our established External Relations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of our successful co-educational and boarding school, located 12 miles east of York. You will play a key role in providing a welcoming, efficient, and seamless admissions process for prospective pupils and their families, supporting the Foundation’s ambitious Strategic Education Vision.
We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and warm individual with excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, capable of communicating effectively with colleagues, parents, pupils, and external agencies. Experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous but not essential; what matters most is the ability to deliver outstanding customer service alongside strong administrative and organisational skills.
This position is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful contribution to school life within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be instrumental in driving admissions, increasing engagement, and fostering strong community relationships.
