Your new company
Your new school is a large secondary school with academy status located in central Blackburn. The school is coeducational and caters for pupils aged 11-16. It has consistently been graded as good in all areas by OFSTED and has an excellent reputation in the local community. The school offers state-of-the-art facilities and has excellent transport links.
Your new role
Joining a high-achieving department, you will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to KS3 and KS4. The role is to commence as soon as possible and will be full-time on an ongoing basis. You will need to plan and prepare lessons, differentiate for pupil ability, and mark and assess work to ensure pupils progress in line with their target grades.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you must hold a teaching qualification such as QTS, QTLS, or PGCE, and have experience teaching Computer Science to KS3 and KS4. You should be able to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the assignment.
