Northamptonshire Children's Trust Localities Business Support Team is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our busy Safeguarding and Children in Care Business Support teams, providing administrative support to Social Work teams.
Please note we are recruiting for:
* 1 full-time Admin in Kettering
* 1 part-time Admin in Wellingborough
Both positions may require travel to other locations as needed. Working hours are:
* Full-time: 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday
* Part-time: 22.5 hours/week, Monday to Wednesday

Role responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage team processes related to communications and SharePoint, including mailbox monitoring and task management
* Attend statutory children's services group meetings and take accurate minutes
* Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless support for Children's Services

Candidate profile:
* Experience in business support, networking with multi-agency professionals, and solution-focused approach
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, sensitive, and confidential environment
* Experience in minute-taking, processing invoices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable
