Spire Southampton Hospital are currently looking for an Governance Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis
As a Governance Administrator you will be responsible for supporting governance administration of internal patient safety and quality systems and processes in order to support the internal and external regulatory requirements. You will be supporting the Clinical Governance Team in the distribution and liaison arrangements for meetings, minutes, information, including data input/cleansing, maintaining trackers, analysis, preparing presentations and report writing in order to support clinical governance framework.

Duties and responsibilities
* To provide a full secretarial and administrative service within the Governance and Quality department, working within established policies and processes developing specialist knowledge of Governance.
* Gather data as requested by Governance team to assist with providing information to Committees, Senior Management Team and Centre
* Statistical data collation, reporting and preparing presentations for meeting and minute
* Provide support for incident reporting register
* Coordinate and update action plans
Who we're looking for:
* Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office
* Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience in a governance admin role is highly desired
* Highly proactive, a strong team player with strong customer service ethic and good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under own initiative with diplomacy, confidentiality and tact.
