Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to property management. This role involves managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance, and maximising occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
* Utilise Yardi software for property management tasks such as data entry, lease tracking, and financial reporting.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
* Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
* Implement upselling strategies to enhance occupancy rates and promote additional services or amenities.
* Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
* Collaborate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
* Prepare marketing materials and conduct showings for prospective tenants.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a property management or administrative role.
* Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
* Strong administrative skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
