Job Title: Year 2 Primary Teacher

Salary:
(salary negotiable depending on experinece, matched to M scale)
Job Duties:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Year 2 students in accordance with the national curriculum
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
3. Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and engagement
4. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
5. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required
Required Qualifications/Documents:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Relevant degree in Education or related field
8. Enhanced DBS on the update service, or apply for a DBS with us
9. Right to work in UK
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching primary school students in the UK
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Strong understanding of the national curriculum and teaching best practises
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
13. Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Additional certifications or training in specific subject areas
15. Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
16. Full-time, temporary position
17. Classroom-based teaching with occasional outdoor activities
18. Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff and school administration
