Job responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will be kind and caring and committed to maintaining an environment in which the residents are valued, respected, retain their individuality and dignity, and lead fulfilled lives. You’ll assist the residents with daily living, which could include helping with personal care, meals or simply spending time with them. Working together to make a difference for our residents, we respect their individual choices by providing personalised care and support.
