How you'll make an impact: Offer technical advice to customers on the effective and efficient use of our products and equipment. Commission, install, and test our products and equipment to ensure they adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. Address and resolve complex issues that may emerge during the implementation or operation of our products and equipment. Investigate and suggest new product equipment upgrades to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build and sustain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and expectations, thereby securing future business opportunities. Work in conjunction with the Power Grids Grid Automation Engineering Department to support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems, communication networks, and protection systems.
