This individual will be responsible for all accounting functions and personnel involved in managing and maintaining the accounting records. It is at the center of all functions and operations of the dealership, interacting with everyone, and supporting their efforts to deliver on our promises to our guests. Every other department is dependent on a strong, efficient, and organized accounting office.
Responsibilities
* Preparing monthly financial statements.
* Managing a team that posts every transaction and accounts for all revenue.
* Performing forensic accounting to resolve any discrepancies that haven't cleared.
* Analyzing expense ratios to identify areas for improvement.
* Managing HR functions and record keeping.
Qualifications
* Previous experience managing the accounting departments for a business.
* Previous experience in HR.
* Strong accounting education or experience.
