Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements:
* Strong understanding of networks, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi deployments.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (tenants, migrations, policies, security).
* Familiarity with Autopilot and modern device management.
* Hands-on skills in physical installation, rack setup, and troubleshooting.
* MSP background is strongly preferred.
* Desirable:
* Experience with Meraki and/or UniFi.
* Experience with Apple Business Manager and Addigy (or similar tools).
* Confident in building Windows and Linux servers.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver customer projects end-to-end, including planning, configuration, installation, and handover.
* Handle new client onboarding and environment builds.
* Execute full network deployments using Meraki and UniFi.
* Manage server builds (both Windows and Linux).
* Set up and configure Microsoft 365 tenants.
* Perform Autopilot deployments.
* Manage Apple Business Manager and Addigy.
* Conduct physical kit installs, patching, rack builds, cable tracing, and onsite troubleshooting.
* Resolve incidents during project rollout.
* Collaborate with support teams to hand over completed projects.
* Travel to customer sites across the UK when required (expenses covered).
