Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Business Change Coordinator to be part of our PLM team and based at our customer site in Gaydon.
Job Purpose
The Business Delivery Platform (BDP) team is responsible for the selection, development and support of all the Purchasing & Cross Process interacting tools (. Buyers, Suppliers, Integration with Engineering Processes). We are currently embarking on a major toolset modernisation programme that will transform the way in which we develop our vehicles, and we are looking for talented individuals who can help us to accelerate this transformation.
We use agile development methodologies as the operating model for our department. In this role you will be joining our Deployment team and will be working closely with your teammates and customers to deliver working capability at pace
Key Accountabilities
Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent, and the solution intent information models and documentations requirements
Work closely with Business Change Manager to determine the Capability Roadmaps and any necessary business process transformation.
Identifying stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activities
Work with cross functional key stakeholders to develop project change vision and stakeholder engagement plan
Conducting business change impact assessment with relevant senior stakeholders
Create/Manage change impact plan/change heat map/change readiness assessments with relevant stakeholders and squad members to prepare for deployment
Work closely with Communication Leads to describe the impact of process changes on business roles and relationship to end users
Work closely with Business Analysts/HR teams to review organisational impact on job roles/organisation structure
Work closely with Super User Network and Trainers to create Training Needs Analysis
