The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and revenue cycle processes. You will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, identifying revenue optimization opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve revenue cycle performance.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or healthcare finance.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
* Familiarity with revenue cycle management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
