The Trust is seeking a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist to work in the Forensic Service at Wolfson House, providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team on Loxford Ward and community supervision for a small number of patients discharged from the inpatient forensic service.
This is a whole‑time 10‑day appointment (10 PA). The incumbent is expected to spend approximately 8 PA working on Loxford Ward and 2 PA in Waltham Forest. Those interested in part‑time or flexible working should contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
The post holder will join four existing consultants who work in the rest of the Low Secure service. Clinical Duties of the Post Holder
1. Hold consultant responsibility for approximately 10 patients under the care of the Waltham Forest Community Forensic Team and for the inpatients on Loxford Ward.
2. Provide clinical leadership to the Waltham Forest Community Forensic Team and to Loxford Ward.
