What You’ll Lead
Build and own a multi-year roadmap for supply chain innovation and optimisation.
Drive initiatives that boost cost efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
Champion automation, mechanisation, and tech-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, IT, and operations to deliver scalable improvements.
Create and track KPIs, delivering clear insights to senior leaders.
Strengthen network agility, resilience, and peak-season readiness.
Dive deep into data to solve operational challenges.
Run network modelling to support strategic decision-making.
Embed a strong Continuous Improvement culture across the organisation.
Design future network scenarios to fuel long-term growth.
Support supply-chain-led commercial value creation.
About You
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
5–10 years in supply chain leadership within retail, FMCG, or omnichannel environments.
Proven expertise in network planning, optimisation, and execution.
Strong communicator with standout stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, structured, and governance-driven.
Analytical, data-led, and commercially astute (P&L experience essential).
Advanced Excel/MS Office skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru, SAP APO/IBP.
Demonstrated success delivering measurable gains in cost, speed, and quality.
