Your new company One of our clients is seeking an experienced SEND Tribunals Officer to provide interim support for a period of 3 months. Due to a significant increase in workloads and the volume of active SENDIST tribunal cases, they require an experienced professional who can take the lead in managing a busy caseload, ensuring statutory deadlines, legal requirements, and service standards are consistently met.You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality SEND services for children, young people, and adults with special educational needs and/or disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an SEND professional with strong tribunal, mediation, and case management experience who can quickly step into a complex and fast‑paced environment. Your new role You will lead on managing an active caseload of SENDIST tribunal appeals, ensuring all documentation, evidence bundles, and responses are prepared to a high standard and submitted within statutory timeframes. The role involves coordinating and participating in mediation, dispute‑resolution processes, and pre‑hearing activity while maintaining full compliance with SEND legislation.
