Are you an Assistant IT Support Technician with experience ensuring IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently? Can you ensure that systems are configured, maintained and monitored to ensure system reliability? Do you have experience of providing technical support and troubleshooting systems? The Assistant IT Support Technician is a key contributor to our MMBC IT team, working under the guidance of the IT Manager. The position is crucial as you will be the first point of contact to our colleagues both remotely and on-site for business IT support; ensuring they are provided with quality support and participate in assigned project deliverables as required. As this role offers frontline support for the business, you will need to be onsite in Skipton 5 days a week alongside the rest of the team.
