Location: Essex / North Benfleet - On Site with occasional travel to our hospital in Northampton
Salary range: £37,000 - £50,000 plus £1,250 Essex allowance pro‑rata dependent on experience
Part Time: 0.6 WTE / 22.5 hours per week / Flexible Working will be considered
We are developing our team and have an exciting opportunity for a part‑time Occupational Health Nurse to join our In‑House Occupational Health and Wellness team. You will help shape the Occupational Health team and department and work closely with the organisation to improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of staff. We are looking for a nurse with the experience and capability to cover a full remit and practise occupational health autonomously.

* A confident, competent and highly motivated individual with the ability to engage others to effect positive health change.
* Proactive approach to health care and a visible presence within a multi‑disciplinary team – including HR, Health & Safety, Psychological Practitioners and Occupational Health Physician.
* Case management experience: work autonomously to meet service levels for management referrals and consultations.
* Ability to carry out a range of vaccination programmes.
* Driven to develop excellent working relationships within the organisation.
* Energy and drive to work in a busy and demanding but friendly team.
* Good organisational skills and ability to contribute towards project leadership.
* Flexibility to work flexibly and undertake occasional travel to different sites.
