We're partnering with a growing professional services business to hire an SEO Executive as part of an expanding in house marketing function.
This is a hands on role focused on improving search visibility, driving organic growth, and supporting how the business appears across both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
The company is looking for someone who enjoys execution, testing ideas, and delivering measurable SEO impact, rather than managing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver day to day SEO activity across multiple websites
* Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities
* Implement on-page SEO improvements and support technical optimisation
* Support content strategy and optimisation
* Improve visibility across AI driven search and conversational search platforms
* Track performance using SEO and analytics tools
* Support authority building and backlink activity
What We’re Looking For
* 2-3 years’ experience in a hands on SEO role
* Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO
* Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
* Comfortable implementing SEO recommendations directly
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Experience with local SEO is advantageous
* Exposure to PPC or paid search is beneficial but not essential
