Season your career as an Hospitality Administrator
We're recruiting an experienced Hospitality Administrator who is friendly, adaptable and can confidently manage general administrative duties for Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of catering operations, bespoke events, and administrative functions. This role serves as a key communication point between departments, the kitchen team, and external vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Here's what you need to know before applying:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Catering & Event Coordination
o Review menus and labels to ensure full allergen compliance.
o Coordinate bespoke menu creation in collaboration with chefs and clients.
o Handle last-minute catering requests and ensure timely responses.
o Track, manage, and charge for order cancellations where applicable.
o Communicate regularly with chefs to ensure all operational needs are met.
o Liaise with external caterers
o Create and manage event quotes and costings.
o Maintain and monitor catering bookings via systems such as CSS and Rapport.
* Administrative Support
o Provide administrative assistance to the Assistant Manager and Head of Department.
o Handle and submit the Weekly Financial Report (WFR).
o Assist in preparing weekly kitchen business briefings.
o Monitor team communication channels and escalate issues when needed.
o Chase unclear or unusual inputs on Order Confirmation (OC) documents.
o Manage invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
o Support with permit applications and Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS).
o Request and compare supplier quotes for equipment and catering needs.
o Oversee equipment ordering and maintain accurate records.
* Communication & Cross-Department Liaison
o Act as the primary point of contact for other departments regarding catering and hospitality needs.
o Ensure efficient communication flow between the kitchen, front-of-house, and external stakeholders.
