To achieve this ambitious yet attainable goal, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual who can lead this transformation and help us reach new heights.

What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, especially with a specific emphasis on sourcing and hiring TeleSales professionals
Expertise in headhunting with a proven track record of bringing in talented individuals who not only join the business but also stay and thrive
Results-driven with a history of consistently delivering high levels of output.
Experience in writing engaging job advert copy and proficiency using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, CV-Library ect.
A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: £28,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
