Complex Care Support Worker – Volti
Location: Immingham, Nottinghamshire, DN40
Male support workers only due to the nature of the role. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 because of a genuine occupational need to recruit males only.
Responsibilities
* Providing high quality person‑centred support to our clients
* Supporting our clients with working toward their goals
* Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
* Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
* Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi‑disciplinary team.
Requirements
* Must have previous experience working with clients with challenging/complex behaviour.
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (Sponsors are not available).
* Caring, patient and empathetic nature.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Motivation to make a difference to our clients.
