The Role
As Personal Assistant (PA), you will act as the right hand to the founder, owning both professional and personal coordination across a fast-moving, high-impact life and business.
This is a true operator-level PA role- not administrative support.
You will:
* Run inbox, diary, scheduling, and real-time priorities
* Manage follow‑ups, communications, and high‑volume interactions
* Coordinate complex logistics across business, travel, and personal life
* Ensure meetings, briefs, and commitments are always fully prepared
* Anticipate needs before they arise and remove friction from the founder's day
* Travel with the founder and core team, providing real-time support
Qualifications
* An experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a founder or CEO
* Someone who values integrity, kindness, and loyalty
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
* A natural relationship builder, confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
* A proactive problem‑solver who enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions
