Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) to lead our new branch in the North Yorkshire area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in domiciliary care, a strong understanding of CQC compliance, and proven leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing the branch, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining compliance standards. You should be comfortable with business development, working towards targets and KPIs, and developing person-centred care plans.
