This is a hands-on, customer-facing role within one of the North West’s leading family-owned holiday park groups. You’ll play a key role in supporting holiday home ownership sales, managing customer enquiries, and helping prospective owners discover everything our parks have to offer. Working closely with the Park Manager and wider team, you’ll help maximise sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the park. The Role Reporting to the Park Manager, you will support the Park manager with holiday home sales at the park, managing enquiries, assist in generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales. You’ll deliver engaging park tours, build strong relationships with current & prospective owners, and confidently guide customers through every stage of the buying journey. With a proactive and results-driven approach, you’ll play an important role in achieving sales targets and growing holiday home ownership at Holgates. What You’ll Be Doing • Identify caravan and lodge sales opportunities with new and existing customers. • Conduct park tours and provide clear, accurate information on holiday home ownership, products, services, and costs. • Manage day-to-day sales enquiries, lead follow-up, and conversion across holiday homes and on-park revenue streams. • Conduct negotiations and complete holiday home sales, ensuring all documentation and financial processes are accurately managed. • Inform customers on finance options and ensure all paperwork is completed and understood. • Maintain accurate sales administration and CRM records, including invoices, finance proposals, and daily sales reports. • Attend weekly sales and after-sales meetings, providing updates on completed sales and ongoing opportunities. • Regularly inspect sales units and liaise with the Park Manager to ensure all stock is presented to a high standard. • Prepare and dress holiday homes to maximise visual appeal and attract prospective buyers. • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure brochures, point-of-sale materials, and promotional content are up to date. • Support the creation of photos and videos to promote holiday homes and attract new customers. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain sales targets and adapt strategies. • Support the Managing Director and Park Manager in planning and delivering sales events, open days, and exhibitions. • Attend caravan shows and promotional events as required. • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer journeys, and promotional activity. • Deliver clear, professional, and informative communications to all customers.
