What you’ll do
As a Relationship Management Apprentice within our Commercial & Institutional - Commercial Mid Market Team, you will:
* Liaising with customers and prospective customers by building sustainable, long-term relationships, focusing on customer experience and delivering positive outcomes.
* Carrying out telephone meetings, including service reviews and fraud/security checks, and attending face-to-face meetings occasionally.
* Supporting customer contact strategies through diary planning and booking appointments for Relationship Managers.
* Providing Relationship Managers with well-researched briefs and information for meetings.
* Contributing to risk management to ensure compliance with the Bank's requirements.
* Learning and understanding the end-to-end lending request process and supporting its management.

Eligibility
While evidence of grade A-C or Level 4 Maths and English GCSEs is ideal, it's not necessary to start. If you haven't achieved these grades, we'll support you during your apprenticeship.
