Location: Chippenham | Hybrid: 2 days onsite | Contract: Permanent
Are you a strategic procurement leader with a passion for driving value across global indirect spend? Alliance is looking for a Global Indirect Procurement Senior Manager to own our £50M+ indirect spend categories and deliver impactful cost savings while maintaining ethical, sustainable, and reliable supplier relationships.

What you’ll do:
* Lead sourcing and supplier management across global indirect categories.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify cost savings and implement change.
* Negotiate robust contracts while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
* Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned to business goals.
* Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Partner with Finance to ensure accurate savings tracking and reporting.
* Shape global sourcing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
What we’re looking for:
* CIPS-qualified or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Economics.
* Strong indirect procurement experience in FMCG, healthcare, or similar sectors.
* Big-picture thinker, able to translate global strategy into actionable procurement plans.
* Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, Marketing.
* Deep expertise in indirect categories: IT, Professional Services, Marketing, Facilities, Travel.
* Proven supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Track record of driving change and embedding new ways of working.
