ROLE: Business Analyst
LENGTH: 12 Months +
LOCATION: Hybrid - London
PAY: depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Understanding Business Needs:
* Engage with teams across the organisation to explore how technology can improve operations, enhance processes, and solve business challenges.
* Mapping and Improving Processes:
* Document existing workflows, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend ways to streamline or enhance performance through better systems and processes.
* Defining Requirements:
* Translate business objectives into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide development and delivery.
* Collaborating on Solutions:
* Work closely with developers and technical specialists to shape solutions that are fit for purpose, technically feasible, and aligned with long-term goals.
* Testing and Quality Assurance:
* Support the testing process by creating test plans, validating functionality, and ensuring outcomes meet business expectations before solutions go live.
* Supporting Delivery:
* Partner with project managers to monitor progress, maintain alignment with business priorities, and support smooth adoption and rollout across teams.
What We’re Looking For
* Around 5 years’ experience in a business analysis or similar role within a technology-focused environment.
* Familiarity with the real estate or property sector is a plus, but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to investigating and resolving issues.
* Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Confident using business analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* A proactive, forward-thinking attitude and a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
