As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be providing essential support to students so they can succeed on their educational journey. Key Responsibilities Include:
* Preparing the classroom for each session with your fellow class teachers
* Providing small-group or individual support to students as needed
* Assisting teachers with planning and record-keeping
* Supporting teachers in student behaviour management

The Perfect Teaching Assistant will:
* Be patient and able to build strong relationships with children
* Possess an empathetic nature
* Have a kind, caring and approachable towards all students
* Have prior experience working with special needs students
* Showcase strong behavioural management skills
Requirements:
* A current Enhanced DBS Certificate
* Availability to start work immediately
* Relevant Childcare Qualification
* Minimum 6 Months Experience
* Level 3 Qualification is ideal (Level 2 also accepted)
