Junior Trinity Operations Manager (part of the Junior Trinity department)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the operational delivery of the Junior Trinity programme, supporting the Head of Junior Trinity/Head of Children’s and Young People’s Music Programmes with scheduling, timetabling and event planning.
* Plan concerts and events at venues such as LSO St Luke’s, Blackheath Halls and Cadogan Hall.
* Recruit students and staff, and develop initiatives and partnerships within Trinity Laban and externally.
* Manage budgets, project and team administration, and act as Designated Safeguarding Officer.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree level education.
* Extensive music and/or education administrative experience, including team management, budgeting and project management.
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and the ability to handle a busy, varied workload.
