As a Personal Development Advisor, you’ll work with participants who are not yet job‑ready, helping them overcome barriers and progress toward work‑related activity that improves wellbeing and confidence.
What you’ll do
 * Deliver one‑to‑one support and develop tailored Paced Progression Plans
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and referral partners
 * Guide participants through welfare benefits and training options
 * Maintain accurate records and meet progression targets
 * Promote Northern Rights and share success stories
What we’re looking for
 * Experience supporting disadvantaged or unemployed individuals
 * Strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills
 * Knowledge of welfare benefits and the local labour market
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
 * Empathy, motivation, and a team‑player mindset
