1. Position: Vehicle Technician
2. Location: Corby
3. Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
4. OTE: Up to £45,000
5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
6. 1 in 2 Saturdays, paid as overtime
An established main dealer in Corby is looking to recruit a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop.
The site is entering an exciting new phase, with recent investment bringing fresh opportunities, improved processes, and a strong focus on team development.
Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician will include:
7. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
8. Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment
9. Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
10. Support the wider workshop team in a fast-paced environment
Package & Benefits for the Vehicle Technician:
11. Basic Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
12. OTE up to £45,000
13. Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
14. 1 in 4 Saturdays, paid as overtime

Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
17. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
18. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
19. Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
20. Full UK driving licence
21. Team player with a reliable and professional approach
