We are currently looking for an extremely motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client and their multi-award-winning team in Southport, Merseyside. Our clients are highly successful and rapidly expanding, offering an opportunity for excellent earning potential and career progression.
Working hours:
Full-time position.
The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
* Basic salary of up to £25,000
* An OTE of up to £30,000
* Previous experience within the role
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to work well with others and independently
* A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Confidence
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
* Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate tenancy terms and renewals
* Building rapport with tenants and landlords
* Matching tenants to suitable properties and providing property information
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Proactively seeking new business opportunities
